Terms & Conditions
1. Please check that all the relevant details are correctly transferred to your order acknowledgement. Any possible relevant information that we may have required that is not submitted prior to the install or delivery date could incur additional costs.
2. Your order will be checked prior to despatch, however if any discrepancies should arise or damage may have occurred in transit then you MUST please contact the office "contact@globalexdisplay.com" Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm within 24hours of receipt. Failure to report this may mean the repairs or replacement of the equipment will be your liability.
3. For carrier deliveries and collections the contact person must be available throughout the time period stated above. If the contact person is not present, the courier will not deliver or collect the equipment. charges will then be made for extra days hire.
4. Please only use hook Velcro® to attach any kind of graphic panels onto the fabric of the exhibition stands. Do not use Bluetack®, staples or any other method. The Globalex Display Solutions can supply graphic panels and hook Velcro®, which are suitable for these types of display apparatus.
5. Globalex Display Solutions will charge 15% of the full order value, which are cancelled within 72 hours prior to the despatch date. Any costs to cover materials and labour may also be incurred if any custom / bespoke item orders are cancelled.
6. Complying with health and safety rules and regulations all exhibitors are required not to be on or dressing their stand/s if the stands are under construction by Globalex Display Solutions.
